Parking
Hourly street parking is available immediately around the Gym. Paid Parking is available at Douglas Parking on MLK and 16th (about 100 yards from the gym). Cost is $2.00 (cash only) and less than a ticket. There is free parking on Saturday and Sunday at the City Garage at Clay and 14th (International) street.
From BART
Exit at the 12th street station in Oakland.
Proceed North on Broadway to International Drive (14th St)
Turn Left and walk four blocks to Martin Luther King Jr Way
Turn Right and walk one two blocks (Gym is on the left)
From Walnut Creek and other points east on Route 24
Proceed on CA-24 W to Oakland
Continue on I-980 W
Take the 18th St exit toward 14th St
Merge onto Brush St
Turn left at 17th St
