January NAC in Kansas City, MO Team EBFG Bronze Medal!

Congratulations to East Bay Fencers who competed at the January NAC in Kansas City, MO from January 3-6, 2025!!! EBFG had an awesome showing at this NAC! Congratulations to our Vet Men’s Epee Teams. EBFG had two teams! Congrats to EBFG Team 2 Paul Chandler, Justin Hunter, Keith Lichten, and Matt Maychrowitz for finishing 3rd! Congrats to EBFG Team 1 Joel Kaufman, Gerard Downey, Brett Williams , and Jonathan Bartlet for finishing 9th!

EBFG had an awesome showing at this NAC! EBFG Fencers had awesome results across Vet Epee Events! Congrats to Kyle Yamasaki for finishing 6th and Paul Chandler for finishing 14th in Vet 40 Men’s Epee! Congrats to Keith Lichten for finishing 6th, Justin Hunter for finishing 23rd! And Matt Maychrowitz for finishing 29th  in Vet 50 Men’s Epee! Congrats to Mike Lipton for finishing 16th! And Gerard for finishing 22nd in Vet 60 Men’s Epee! Congrats to Gerard Downey for finishing 31st in Vet Men’s Epee!

We also want to highlight our Women’s Epee Fencers! Congratulations to Julia Aires, Matea Chiou-Williams, and Sophia Habek for travel and participating in Cadet WE and Div1 WE!  Sophia was the youngest participant in Div1 WE.
